Welcome to Fitness 23 Las Vegas!!! I am very excited to bring my fitness concepts to Las Vegas and help people achieve all they dream of with their bodies. I specialize in getting people to workout that never thought it was possible, run their first 5k or marathon, get out of wheel chairs and have helped multiple people lose over 100lbs.

I own multiple fitness companies; CEO Fitness 23 Las Vegas, CEO Exercise in the Streets (my Non-Profit), CEO Train with V San Jose CA. Writer with a fitness book, It’s Your Body, Move it, Love it….Live coming out soon.

I am a Certified NASM Personal Trainer, Certified Running Coach and Sports Nutritionist and PTR Certified Tennis Professional. I run daily and have multiple age group awards for Running at the 5k, 10k, 1/2 Marathon and Marathon distances. For 8 of the past 10 years I have been a top 10 USTA nationally ranked age group singles tennis player. Owned by Alices and Adeline, my rescue dogs.

Manager
John is our Manager at Fitness 23. He has done 5 years of Eskrima, 4 years of Wing Chun and 2 years of Hapkindo, but what he is best at is managing Fitness 23 taking care of all the computer work and making sure the schedules run smoothly.

He can help you book any personal training sessions and is happy to take any suggestions you have to make the gym better.

Lesmi
Olu Sanchez

TRAINER
Lesmi Olu was born and raised in Cuba. He has been practicing Martial Arts since 1977. He has trained in Kung Fu, Judo, Karate, Capoeira, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Tai Kwon Do, Krav Maga, Kickboxing and his own Martial Art which he developed called Street Smart Self Defense. He is a decorated fighter holding multiple World Champion titles. He enjoys teaching kids classes and has motivated some all the way to adulthood. Outside of Fitness 23, Lesmi is a skilled painter with years practice. He enjoys the outdoors and high intensity training. If you are ready to get Good, Better, Stronger, Faster and Sexier then Lesmi is the man to get you there.

“Bridge” Barnes

TRAINER
As a current amateur boxer and new trainer, Bridge prides himself on helping clients reach fitness goals he set for himself and currently strives to achieve. Having been a member of the former UFC Blue Diamond location for over six years, Bridge started out at over 260lbs with minimal boxing training. But after six years of consistent boxing study at gyms all over the valley, he began boxing competitively and has gained an enormous amount of boxing and fitness knowledge that he now is eager to share.
Currently doing the 6am boxing classes.

High Energy Boxing Class Trainer with multiple certifications in fitness.

  • Professional MMA Fighter 6-2 record.
  • 15 years wresting experience with a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer, TRX Certified, APEX Certified.
  • Dad of two Wonderful kids.

MATT
FRANCHINO

TRAINER
Matt is a RYT 200 HR Yoga instructor and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. He was a college athlete in soccer and is an avid surfer. He has coached surfers and high school athletes on functional, flexibility and mindful meditation training.

Antwan
Collins

TRAINER
Antwan has over 10 years of experience coaching Muay Thai and boxing. He’s had the pleasure of training many amateur and pro fighters. Antwan also has had in ring experience in Muay Thai and Boxing along with a hand full of Jujutsu tournaments. He specializes in full body workouts, weight loss, and preparing fighters for fights in Kickboxing and MMA. You may remember him from previous years when he worked at the UFC gym. A fun fact about Antwan is he loves hiking at Red Rock Canyon.

Hello my name is Jenny and I have been living in Las Vegas for almost 4 years now. I workout several days a week and have been taking Kickboxing Classes for 3 years. Currently, I am working on getting my CPT certification with NASM with a focus on nutrition. My goal is to help empower women to become more self reliant and be the best version of themselves that they can be.
